Since 1970, East End Cooperative Ministry has been building a community of opportunity in Pittsburgh’s East End.
We are dedicated to helping vulnerable adults and at-risk children and youth throughout our East End neighborhoods. An interfaith ministry, EECM seeks to make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families it serves by tending to their needs for today as well as their hopes for tomorrow.

Men’s Shelter Calendar

Men's Emergency Shelter Calendar

Every night of the year, groups from the community prepare and serve the evening meal at East End Cooperative Ministry's Men's Emergency Shelter.  Periodically (usually on weekends), groups also prepare breakfast at the Shelter and/or bring in bagged lunches to distribute to Shelter guests as they leave for the day. 

The calendar below shows the current schedule for the Shelter meal and indicates which dates are still available and in need of volunteers.  We are also in the process of inputting information about what meals have been served by recent groups.  Our hope is that this will help future groups to plan their own menus!
